LA Wallet - Verify You™ Pro
Smart digital identification solutions for Louisiana's leading banks
Made for Apple iOS and Android, LA Wallet is Louisiana’s (and the nation’s) first mobile driver’s license platform that allows users to carry a legal digital version of their driver’s license of state identification. With credentials equivalent to the physical version, LA Wallet is accepted by Louisiana law enforcement and any government or retail location statewide. LA Wallet’s digital platform keeps user’s license information current, while its flash card design mirrors the familiar appearance of a physical license.
Benefiting commercial banks with identity verification services
Through LA Wallet’s commercial verification service VerifyYou™ Pro, banks can instantly and reliably authenticate a person’s identity, age and license validity.
How does VerifyYou™ Pro work?
VerifyYou™ Pro is a monthly subscription service that provides Louisiana financial institutions with the ability to use LA Wallet as a form of identification, including in person and remote verifications, significantly reducing the risk of fraud.
LA Wallet can be used in many different ways that don’t require viewing the physical phone. Hardware scanners are available for purchase along with full system integration services into your banking system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do tellers need a phone to be able to verify credentials with LA Wallet?
No. While the LA Wallet app can operate as a scanner for other credentials, it’s not necessary to use it this way in order to verify someone’s credentials.
- Remote Session – where a bank representative initiates a session and the LA Wallet user enters a code to share identity.
- QR Code scan – Users can scan an LA Wallet-labelled QR code at the bank that will prompt them to share their identity using LA Wallet
- In-person scan – LA Wallet users can scan their Digital License (or physical app) using a hardware scanner located at the bank. Using this workflow, tellers can see who has “checked in” and can verify the customer’s identity
