Assessment

Most legacy systems are not broken. They are just impossible to change. We rebuild them on a modern stack with AI doing the heavy lifting and senior engineers owning every line that ships.
Envoc is a NASPO ValuePoint vendor. Public agencies can engage Envoc through the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contract without a new procurement.
Know what the rebuild is before anyone writes production code.
One application, rebuilt, then cut over after it has already run beside the old one.
The system stays in production, and the next improvements stay inside a written block.
We write the scope down and price the scope. A change in scope is a change order with its own price, decided before the work starts. You never pay for hours you cannot see.
The work moves in order: assessment, rebuild, a parallel run beside the system you already have, then cutover.
We plan features and user stories with frontier models. We read and document the legacy code with AI so nothing is lost in translation. We generate testable code and the tests that prove it. Engineers review, refine, and ship every change. Sensitive code can stay on local models, so that code stays in your environment.
The Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles needed a scheduler that could live with real offices: storms, outages, and a volume a walk-in line cannot absorb.
Offices had run on walk-ins. In 2020 a third-party scheduling tool was put in front of that demand. It did not hold up under the scale, and it could not close availability in real time when a storm or an outage shut an office.
Envoc built a custom scheduler for the operation. It went into production in March 2024. Residents booked more than one million appointments on it, and the service held a Net Promoter Score of 65.

We build AI agents that do real work inside your systems. They read the record, call the API, draft the response, and hand the decision to a person when it matters. Each agent runs on a fixed scope, has guardrails and an audit trail, and uses a mix of frontier and local models so your data stays where it belongs.
FaceLock connects a live person to a trusted credential. It reads the passport chip or the ISO/IEC 18013-5 mobile driver's license, then confirms the person in front of the camera with 3D liveness, powered by FaceTec. Biometrics are hosted in each institution's own environment, not in ours. FaceLock is live today in Louisiana university systems.
