Five services. One bench.

Envoc does not rotate generalists through your engagement. Every service draws from the same team of identity architects, biometric engineers, and policy translators who built the systems that are in production today.

01 — Fraud Prevention

Liveness-enforced Identity Verification

Product: facelock.id

Remote identity verification that anchors trust to a government-issued credential — passport NFC chip or mDL — then matches the live applicant against it in real time. AI deepfake-aware. Quantum-resistant encryption throughout.

Envoc implements FaceTec Liveness technology as the core of a fraud-fighting IDV suite. The applicant presents a passport or mDL; we read the NFC chip or consume ISO 18013-5/18013-7 protocols directly, extract the issuer-trusted photo, and perform a liveness-enforced biometric match against the live face. No document upload, no static selfie — a live, bound, cryptographically-verified identity event. Active in production for a large Louisiana college system for remote applicant verification.

02 — Digital Identity

mDL & Verifiable Credential Integration

End-to-end implementation of mobile driver's licenses and verifiable credentials. We authored the specifications we implement — ISO 18013-5 and 18013-7 — and we have the only production mDL system in US history.

Envoc is unique in its ability to consume and issue against the ISO 18013-5 and ISO 18013-7 mDL protocols natively. We designed and launched LA Wallet — the first legal digital driver's license app in the United States — and Calvin Fabre, our Founder, serves on ISO Working Group 10 developing these standards. For enterprises and agencies evaluating mDL acceptance, we provide architecture review, integration engineering, and the only team in the country that has shipped this at scale.

03 — Modernization

Technology Modernization

Legacy systems brought into service without the reboot drama. Incremental delivery, named owners, runbooks on day one. We have done this for state government; we do it for mid-to-large enterprises.

Regulated organizations rarely have the luxury of a clean-slate rewrite. Envoc works within existing constraints — legacy infrastructure, procurement timelines, compliance requirements — and ships incremental improvements that compound. We do not parachute in a team, produce a roadmap deck, and leave. We own the outcome.

04 — Product Engineering

Embedded Product Engineering

A standing Envoc team that joins yours and ships. Not staffing. Not a deck of recommended approaches. A product team with deep domain expertise in identity, privacy, and regulated software.

Envoc is not a staffing firm. When we engage, we bring a team that has shipped production systems in regulated environments — PKI infrastructure, biometric pipelines, government-facing platforms — and we work alongside your engineers until the thing is live. We are most useful when the problem is hard, the stakes are high, and the team needs people who have done it before.

05 — AI Strategy

AI Orchestration

Strategic guidance and implementation for enterprises adopting AI: approach, planning, training, and hybrid infrastructure that scales capacity and output while safeguarding IP through a balanced mix of frontier and local models.

Envoc helps organizations move from AI experimentation to production-grade systems. We design orchestrators that coordinate frontier models with private local deployments, ensuring data never leaves your control when it matters. Our teams specialize in agent design, prompt engineering, API integration with tool manifests, platform architecture, and the cross-system communication patterns that make AI reliable in regulated environments.

— The people behind the orchestrators

Are you one of us?

AI Orchestration at Envoc is brought to life by three kinds of builders: Orchestrators who design the agents and workflows, Systems Builders who make the reliable core, and Domain Translators who turn policy into product. If that sounds like you, come build with us.

Quantum-resistant.

Our fraud-prevention suite is built against today's threat vectors and tomorrow's. FaceTec Liveness is trained to detect AI-generated deepfakes. Our cryptographic key infrastructure uses quantum-resistant algorithms throughout — so the identity events we verify today cannot be retroactively compromised.
