As used in this “Privacy Policy,” “Envoc” refers to all websites (including https://envoc.com and https://envoc.com/blog/), properties, products, and services owned or operated by High Power Consulting, Inc., d/b/a Envoc (“Envoc”).

This Privacy Policy describes Envoc’s privacy practices. It explains when and how Envoc collects end user and client information, including Personally Identifiable Information (defined below), how we use such information, and the circumstances under which we may disclose such information to others. This Privacy Policy includes the policies that Envoc observes for compliance with laws in the United States as well as other applicable laws.

What Type of Information Does Envoc Obtain?

Visitors to the Envoc Website. If you are a visitor to the Envoc website or an Envoc client (“Client”) who uses the Project Planner form or Connect form (“Contacts”), we may obtain the following types of information from you or concerning your computer or device (“Envoc Client Information”), which may include information that can itself be used to identify and/or contact you (“Personally Identifiable Information”):

What do we do with client information?

Envoc uses Hubspot and Google Analytics to analyze information about its’ clients and their experience with Envoc. InfusionSoft uses cookies (small text files that are stored locally on your computer) on the Envoc website for one or more of the following purposes: to help identify unique visitors and/or devices; assess usage patterns and perform traffic analysis; identify visitor preferences; and conduct A/B testing.

Information contained in InfusionSoft’s cookies placed on the computers of end users may be linked to Personally Identifiable Information in InfusionSoft’s database. This allows us to use the InfusionSoft Service to better analyze and measure our Clients’ interactions with Envoc and to organize activities by the same user on their website across time.

Suppose you wish to avoid having Hubspot or Google Analytics place and use cookies on your computer. In that case, you should set your browser preferences to refuse all cookies before accessing Envoc. Envoc is not responsible for any failure by you or your browser to accurately implement or communicate your browser preferences or settings. In addition, please be aware that even if you configure your browser settings to reject all cookies, your activity on Envoc will still be recorded by the InfusionSoft and Google Analytics services, unless you opt out of their service. However, your rejection of all cookies will prevent Envoc from determining whether or not someone using your computer has previously visited the website, i.e., whether or not the visitor is a “unique” visitor, and from retrieving any information about your prior activities on Envoc through information contained in a cookie.

Envoc has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

When you provide your personal account information, you’re utilizing secure server software SSL, which encrypts your personal information before it’s sent over the Internet. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company outside of what is described in the Envoc Privacy Policy without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in the U.S. or any other country where Envoc, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password, so do not share these with others.
