Business Development Salesperson

We even do business consulting, process management, and entrepreneurial idea vetting. We are looking for a dynamic sales individual that can identify and engage new clients for us. What you will do in this position

The new Business Development Rep will work closely with our founder, Calvin Fabre to bring new business to Envoc through identifying the needs of prospective clients. Sales leads will come from a number of sources, including existing clients, and other technology partners. The ideal candidate will also be able to identify leads through their own business contacts. Sales activities include prospecting, sales calls/meetings, trade shows, contract creation, and negotiation, and prospect/sales cycle tracking through the Envoc's Hubspot CRM and developing proposals using the Google Suite and PandaDoc.

The ultimate goal of the new Business Development Rep will be to create mutually beneficial long-term relationships between Envoc and prospects/clients with the understanding that we are not always the best fit for a prospect. Telling a prospect that there is already a solution that exists for them is part of giving them a "Better Reality" even though it results in no revenue for Envoc. 

What we are looking for in a candidate

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency with a CRM, scheduling apps, email, digital signatures, and be able to discuss sales concepts, personal integrity in sales, and consultative concepts. The candidate will need to point to which books, courses, or experiences have influenced your sales approach. They must be driven, articulate, and exceptionally good at tracking and working through all stages of the sales cycle. The position will work out of the Baton Rouge Envoc headquarters in City Farm.
